Hair should be at least 1/4" long (about the size of a grain of rice).
Gently exfoliate 24–48 hours before your wax to prep the skin.
Avoid applying lotions or oils on the day of your appointment.
Skip caffeine — it can heighten sensitivity.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing for your appointment.

Avoid hot showers, steam rooms, saunas, and workouts for 24 hours.
Skip exfoliating for 2–3 days post-wax.
No tanning or direct sun exposure for 24–48 hours.
Use a gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer or soothing balm.
Don’t shave between appointments — stay on a regular schedule (every 4–5 weeks) for best results.

Is waxing painful?
You may feel a quick sting, but it’s over in seconds. The more consistent you are, the easier it gets.
Can I wax during my period?
Yes — just wear a fresh tampon. Keep in mind that you may feel more sensitive during this time.
What should I do to prepare?
Let your hair grow out, exfoliate gently, and come clean — no lotions, oils, or makeup on the area to be waxed.

Before Your Facial
Avoid exfoliating, waxing, or using active ingredients (like retinol) 48 hours before.
Come with clean skin — no makeup is needed.
Let us know about any medications, skin concerns, or allergies beforehand.
After Your Facial
No exfoliating for 3–5 days (depending on the treatment).
Avoid sun exposure and use SPF daily.
Skip heavy makeup and sweaty workouts for 24 hours.
