Booking Policy

Appointments are required and can be booked online. A valid card is required to reserve your appointment — your information is securely stored and will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens! However, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations (under 24 hours) will result in a 50% service charge.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

This policy helps respect both your time and mine.

Payment

All major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and digital payments and cash payments are accepted.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for the next guest.

Age Policy

Guests under 18 must have parent/guardian consent for any waxing or skincare service.

Location & Parking

Wax & Tone Studio is located in Scottsdale, AZ. Free parking is available directly in front of the plaza. You will receive address and parking instructions in your confirmation email.
